Clear Life Counseling, LLC is "In-Network" with Aetna, Cigna, Optum (United Healthcare, Connecticare), Husky (Medicaid) and accepts Anthem/BCBS "Out-of-Network" plans only. Note: Clear Life Counseling, LLC cannot not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.  There are many different insurance plans, and understanding your benefits coverage for behavioral health, prior to engaging in your first appointment, will be beneficial. Refer to the back of your insurance card for the behavioral health or customer service phone number and ask the representative about your behavioral/mental health benefits as follows:

• Do I have in-network AND out-of-network behavioral/mental health benefits coverage?
  
• Do I have a deductible? If yes, has it been met?
  
• Do I owe a copay amount or coinsurance percentage during my visit?
  
• Do I need to obtain pre-authorization before seeing this out-patient provider for services?
  
• Are number of sessions limited per calendar year (or other specified timeframe)?

​​​​Customary Fees

Insurance companies determine the rates paid to providers for In-network benefits. Clients with Out-of-network benefits or who plan to use private pay should call Clear Life Counseling, LLC (860) 414-4245 for a free consultation.  Per insurance industry standards sessions are reimbursed for (up to 53-minutes) .  If you are interested in Grief Recovery Life Discovery Experiential programs (in-person and online) please call to inquire about the dates, times, and rates.  Groups usually range from 4 to 12 participants.

​Forms of Payment

Personal checks or cash are preferred forms of payment for Individual sessions and Group Programs.  Venmo, Credit and HSA debit cards also accepted. Processing fees may apply.
